Our founder, CEO and fund manager is Allen Esses. Mr. Esses has over 35 years of experience working in the real estate equities market in the New York Metropolitan Area and across the nation. Mr. Esses also has significant experience in residential and commercial acquisition, development and property management. Mr. Esses is considered by his colleagues and clients a fair and earnest professional.
Allen is an industry icon and active member of the private lending community nationwide. In 2019 he was a founding member of The National Private Lending Association (NPLA). He is also a member of the American Association of Private Lending (AAPL).

John Tedesco is a nationally recognized and awarded executive with over 25yrs of leadership expertise in public and private capital development. He has served in various posts related to capital development, government relations, marketing, executive management, and mortgage services. Previously, he served more than a decade as the Senior Vice President of Development for Appraisal Nation building out their valuations program for private lenders across America. Under his leadership, Appraisal Nation became the lead service provider of asset valuations for thousands of private real estate investors coast to coast. John helped lead the organization to record growth as America’s fastest growing mortgage services firm and one of the nation’s fastest growing businesses overall; as recognized five consecutive years in the INC. 5000.
John’s knowledge of the private lending community and commitment to its success is unmatched. In 2018 Mortgage Professional America (MPA) recognized him as one of their Hot 100 Leaders reshaping the American Mortgage Industry. In 2018-2020 John served on the Government Affairs Committee for the American Association of Private Lending (AAPL) as Mid-Atlantic Chair. In 2019 The National Private Lending Association (NPLA) elected him chairman of their Best Practices committee. In 2019 his firm was awarded the 2019 Pitbull Private Lending Mortgage Service Provider of the year. He is a regular featured speaker at national private lending and capital markets conferences.

Jack Hedaya, is the co-founder of The Hedaya Capital Group, Inc., a specialty financial services firm based in New York City, providing factoring and working capital financing to start up and mid-size businesses.  Bringing Hedaya Capital into its second successful decade, Mr. Hedaya has grown the business through a deep understanding of financial operations, serving as architect of complex financial transactions, and closely managing client portfolio risk across a spectrum of industry verticals.  Prior to Hedaya Capital, Mr. Hedaya managed production for over 40 million dollars in sales for a national accessories company.  In the production manager role, Mr. Hedaya dramatically increased corporate efficiencies through consolidation of business units and negotiation with overseas factories.
Always seeing the bigger picture, while also mastering financial operations, Mr. Hedaya is proficient at helping his clients achieve growth objectives.  Mr. Hedaya is also an active member in the financial services industry, staying abreast of industry trends and developments, and has served as president of the Contemporary Credit Club of New York City.  Mr. Hedaya holds both an MS and an MBA from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College.
