Sky Equity knows reaching new heights takes partnerships. Partnership is the cornerstone of our relationship with our investors and our borrowers, but also with you.
Our brokers, direct referrals and lead referrals all contribute to our success. We are committed to your success. We protect our Brokers and ensure our referrals are earning on every deal.

Brokers

Active mortgage brokers participating throughout the origination process to close can begin earning today on investment lending. We are committed to closing deals and this means doing all we can to make sure that your files move quickly and seamlessly as possible.
  • Compensation earned on closed loans range from 0.5% to 1.5% of the total loan amount. Specific amount depends on the broker’s level of involvement and the loan scenario; with 1% being the most common.

My transmission of this application as an “electronic record” containing my “electronic signature,” as those terms are defined in applicable federal and/or state laws (excluding audio and video recordings), or my facsimile transmission of this application containing a facsimile of my signature, shall be as effective, enforceable and valid as if a paper version of this application were delivered containing my original written signature.

Referral Partners

Our referral program is for all, but exceptionally suited for those working with potential borrowers. Are you a realtor, attorney, builder, inspector or other tradesman related to the real estate industry? If so this may be an excellent opportunity for you to earn extra income. Simply refer someone actively looking for a Sky Equity eligible loan with a phone call or email introduction.
  • A referral fee equal to 0.25% of the total closed loan amount for the first loan each client funds as a result of your referral. The maximum referral payment per loan is $2,500. 
  • Clients must be introduced pre-application for you to be eligible for a referral payment.
  • Referring source cannot be a party in the transaction. 

Lead Partner

Do you work with a group, association, investment club, builder’s trade, data networks, or have a large social media following that you influence? Reach out to us to discuss and if approved we will provide you a specific partner code that you can use in an email, a blast announcement, a group newsletter, on your website, in a tweet, or video.
  • A referral fee equal to 0.10% of the total closed loan amount for the first loan each client funds as a result of your referral. The maximum referral payment per loan is $1,000. 
  • Clients must identify partner code at application for you to be eligible for a referral payment.
  • Referring source cannot be a party in the transaction. 
All brokers and referrals need to submit the W-9 form to receive payments.
